Meaning： Rainbow ceiling， or pink ceiling， refers to business practices and prejudices that create an unseen and unofficial barrier to personal advancement for gay employees.

彩虹屋頂，也稱粉色屋頂，指同性戀員工在職場個人晉升過程中遇到的由職場慣例或歧視導致的無形的障礙。然而天下gay們并非一般“黑”，比如蘋果CEO庫克，他是“基”界讓gay們羨慕嫉妒恨的幸運兒。同樣是出柜，但是他在職場上并沒有遇到歧視和區別對待。

粉色旅游，也叫同性戀旅游或LGBT旅游，是針對同性戀、雙性戀以及變性人群（統稱“同志”）開拓的小眾旅游市場。粉色旅游業的主要組成部分為：希望吸引同志游客的城市和國家、希望到對同志人群友好的目的地旅游的游客、不計較目的地只希望與其他同志人群一同出游的人，以及關注文化和安全因素的同志游客。Gay們手牽手，來一場說走就走的pink tourism吧！
