A couple was going on vacation,but his wife was on a business trip.So he went to the destination first and his wife would meet him the next day.

一對夫婦要出門度假，但是妻子正在出差，因此丈夫先去目的地，妻子在第二天將和他會合。

When he reached his hotel,he decided to send his wife a quick e-mail.

他到了旅館后，決定給他妻子發一封簡短的電子郵件。

Unfortunately,when typing her address,he mistyped a letter and his note was directed instead to an elderly preacher1’s wife whose husband had passed away only the day before.

倒霉的是，在打她的地址時，他打錯了一個字母，他的郵件發到了一個年老的牧師妻子的郵箱，這位牧師前一天才剛剛去世。

When the sad widow checked her e-mail,she took one look at the monitor,let out a scream, and fell to the floor in a dead faint2.

當悲傷的寡婦查看郵件的時候，一看到顯示屏就發出一聲尖叫，然后就摔倒在地上不省人事。

At the sound,her family rushed into the room and saw this note on the screen∶

聽到聲響，她的家人沖進房間，看到了顯示屏里的那封郵件：Dearest Wife,

Just got checked in.Everything prepared for your arrival tomorrow.

P.S.Sure is hot down here.

親愛的妻子：

我剛剛入住。我已做好準備迎接你明天到來。
