讓學習更有趣的方法

Some students are eager to dive in and deal with the books while others have perfected the art of avoidance1,but one thing is for sure—it has to be done.So,rather than spend your time and energy coming up with ways to avoid doing your homework,why not look at how you can learn more efficiently and make the process a whole lot more enjoyable?

一些學生渴望潛心讀書，而另一些學生則竭盡所能去逃避，但有一件事是肯定的——那就是他們非學不可。所以，與其花時間和精力去逃避功課，為何不去看看如何才能更有效地學習，并使整個學習過程更加愉悅呢？

Get in the Zone進入學習區

Create a study zone that is comfortable.Sit in a bean bag rather than a chair.Use a stand up desk or a computer desk instead of the kitchen table.Set up a space in your bedroom or your study that is just for studying.Put some time into making it a place you want to be;decorate it,paint a wall,or get some new furniture.

Hands-on Learning親身實踐學習

Consider going on a field trip to experience it firsthand2.For example,if you’re studying your state history,go check out one of the places mentioned in the text.If it’s math you’re trying to make sense of,spend half a day with a builder and see how geometry3is used,or talk with an engineer about how they figure out the result.

可以考慮去實地親身體驗。例如，如果你正在研究自己國家的歷史，那就去看看書中提到的某個地方吧。如果你想弄清楚的是數學，那么花半天時間和建筑工人一起看看幾何學是如何應用的，或者和一個工程師談談他們是如何計算出結果的吧。

Make It a Game把學習當作游戲

Viewing the text books and notes for hours can be mind-numbing4and ineffective.Try using a tool to help remember facts or a large amount of information.It can be a song,image,or a phrase to help remember a list of facts in a certain order.Choose a friend,your mom,or someone who doesn’t know the topic you’re studying and teach them how to do it.Talking through what you learned helps the information stick and you can make sure you understand the concepts.

看課本和筆記長達幾個小時，有時會令人頭腦麻木，效率低下。嘗試著使用工具幫你記住事實和大量信息吧。它可以是一首歌曲、一張圖像，或一個短語，能幫你按一定的順序記住一系列的內容。選擇一個朋友、你的媽媽，或者是不懂你正在學的內容的其他什么人，然后教他們怎么做。通過討論來幫助鞏固你所學的知識，從而可以確保你理解了這些概念。

Study with a Partner和伙伴一起學習

Getting together with a friend or a group of classmates can help you learn new study techniques while still getting a few laughs in.Try having a discussion about a topic you’re trying to learn.With a large group,you can test each other’s knowledge by making quizzes,creating true or false mini-tests and so on.

與朋友或一群同學聚在一起可以幫你學到新的學習技巧，同時還能收獲一些歡笑。試試就你要學的話題進行討論吧。你們組成一個大組就可以通過問答、判斷正誤的小測試等來檢測每個人的學習情況。

Break It up分散學習

Plan scheduled study breaks every hour and take part in an activity you enjoy.Go for a quick walk,read a chapter in your favorite book,talk with a friend,watch a short video,or eat a snack.If one hour is too long,go for 20 to 25 minutes and then take a short five-minute break. Before you take a break,write down what you learned during your study time and add to this list each time you take a break.

規劃好每小時學習時間里的休息安排，并做你喜歡做的事。你可以去散散步，讀一讀你最喜歡的書籍中的某一章，和朋友聊天，看一段短片，或者吃點零食。如果一個小時太長，那就學習20到25分鐘，然后休息五分鐘。在休息之前，寫下你在學習時間里所學到的東西，并在每次休息的時候把它加到清單里。

Use Music利用音樂

It’s no secret that music helps with focus,concentration,and creativity.Whether you’re listen ing to tunes while studying or coming up with your own songs to improve recall of facts,dates,and figures,music makes a difference.By activating5both the left and right brain at the same time, music maximizes6learning and improves memory.

音樂對集中注意力和開發創造力都有幫助，這已經不是什么秘密了。無論你是聽著音樂學習，還是哼著自己編的歌曲來促進對事實、日期和數字的記憶，音樂都起著重要的作用。同時，通過激活左腦和右腦，音樂能夠最大限度地促進學習，提高記憶力。

Leave the House離開屋子

Sometimes a change in location can keep things fresh and exciting.If the weather is nice, head to a park or the beach.Study at your favorite coffee shop or bookstore.You might want to try exercising to improve memory and thinking skills.Run in a park and listen to the English news,or grab a friend and quiz each other while you run.

有時，改變地點能使一切充滿新鮮感和刺激感。如果天氣好，可以去公園或海灘?？梢栽谀阕钕矚g的咖啡館或書店里學習。也許你想試試通過鍛煉來提高記憶和思維能力?？梢栽诠珗@里一邊跑步一邊聽英語新聞，或者找一個好友同你一起，在跑步時互相提問。
