The Development of International Exchange

I n recent years,Shennongjia has actively participated in more than 20 domestic and international conferences on geoparks,hosted or co-organized China World Geopark Annual Meeting and related conferences twice,as well as more than 20 conferences on Nature Reserves. It has successively achieved cooperation with World Geoparks of Fujian’s Ningde, Henan’s Yuntaishan and Funiu Mountain,as well as Xinjiang’s Keketuohai NationalGeologicalPark.Africa’s Ngoro Nature Reserve,and Huanggang’s Dabie Mountain World Geological Park established themselves as sister parks and learned from each other.Shennongjia has also undertaken many discussions and studies on the establishment of sister parks and park management with the Korean National Park Management Corporation,and signed a memorandum of cooperation,setting up a platform for further cooperation and exchange in the future.

Taking advantage of its naturalresources,Shennongjia has held many important sports events,such as the Alpine Wetland International Marathon, an International Cycling Race, and an International Ski Festival to expand its influence and establish an international image.

不斷加強的國際交流

近年來，神農架積極參加國內和國際地質公園會議20余次，主辦或協辦了中國世界地質公園年會等主題會議2次、自然保護區主題會議20余次。先后與福建寧德、河南云臺山及河南伏牛山世界地質公園和新疆可可托海國家地質公園、非洲恩戈羅自然保護區、黃岡大別山世界地質公園達成合作協議，締結姊妹公園關系，定期進行交流學習；與韓國國立公園管理公司就建立姊妹公園、公園管理等事項進行了討論和研究，簽訂了合作備忘錄，為今后進一步合作交流搭建了平臺。

神農架利用自然資源優勢，舉辦高山濕地國際馬拉松、國際自行車賽、國際滑雪節等重要體育賽事，積極擴大神農架影響力，樹立神農架國際形象。
