A Testing Meal

“Hi， I had just graduated from the university and I’m here for an interview.” Crystal said to the the boy standing at the door of the office. The boy smiled to her then held out a hand to her， “Nice to meet you， I’m Oliver.” Crystal passed the interview and was on trial. One day， Oliver said to Crystal “I have some leissure time today， let’s go out for dinner，” “okay” Crystal answered. A new fast food restaurant opened on the first floor of the large shopping mall. They went in and ordered hamburgers and Fried chicken. The boy was about to eat when Crystal took out her Mobile phone， taking photos， updating weibo and chatting online. “Let’s talk about work， what’s about the clothes you designed ？” Crystal answered absent-mindedly “what style ？ what colour ？” he asked. But nobody answered him， all of Crystal’s attention was on the phone. After that， Oliver said a lot to Crystal but Crystal didn’t seem to hear it. “Can you respect me？ I’m talking to you.” Crystal answered that she was playing the phone and let him wait for a minute.

Two weeks later Crystal’s probation period was over. At last， she wasn’t employed. There is no doubt that the work she did was very good. When she was puzzled， a short message came. On the message， it said that she did everingthing well. But hoped her to learn to listen to and respect others. Crystal looked at the signature of the message---Oliver. He is the the son of the CEO.

The meal is a test to Crystal.So，when someone speak to us，we should listen carefully and respect others.
